Proteinski doručak: Omlet od paradajza i bosiljka

Start your day healthy and get enough protein at the beginning of the day. An ideal choice for the healthiest start to the day is a tomato and basil omelette.


2 tablespoons stewed canned tomatoes

2 tablespoons canned tomato juice

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

2 tablespoons olive oil

5 egg whites and 1 omega 3 egg

with pepper

Method of preparation:

Preheat the pan to 120 degrees.

Then chop the garlic and set it aside. Pour olive oil into the pan and heat the rosemary for about 30 seconds. Add tomato, garlic and basil. Cook all together for about 3 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and all the flavors are mixed. Then add eggs and tomato juice to the blender and blend at maximum speed for about 5 seconds. Then pour the mixed ingredients into the pan, put the lid on and cook until the liquid evaporates. Add pepper as desired and serve while warm.
