- 1 handful of lettuce
- 2 pieces of chicken breast (medium size)
- 1 whole wheat bread
- half a cucumber
- ½ cups of low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 clove of garlic chopped into small pieces
Put yoghurt, dried mustard, garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
Method of preparation:
Preheat the pan to 170 degrees Celsius, then place the chicken and bake for about 3 minutes on each side. After you have roasted the chicken, cut it into equal pieces and set it aside.
Cut the cucumber into round pieces and, together with the chopped lettuce and chicken, place in a bun. After that, with one tablespoon of sauce, pour over the ingredients in the bun. Of course, you can make all the ingredients first and only then put them in the bun. So, you can first mix the salad, cucumbers and chicken with the sauce and put them all together in a bun. That way, the sauce will be evenly distributed on all the ingredients.
