Everyone already knows how to make classic pancakes: a few ingredients (eggs, flour, sugar, salt, milk), turn several times in a pan, coat and that's it. However, if you want a delicious pancake with a high protein content, then this recipe is ideal for you. Pancakes consist of low-fat ingredients and are rich in protein. Sit down recipe and enjoy delicious pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (egg whites)
  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 30 g whey protein (chocolate or flavor if desired)
  • 40 g wholemeal flour
  • 150 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (olive, coconut or as desired)


Preparation
In a large bowl, place eggs, oatmeal, whey protein, flour and cottage cheese and stir until smooth. Then melt the butter in a preheated pan, preheated to medium temperature, before pouring half of the pancake mixture. Heat the pan well, add the pancake mixture and spread over the entire surface, reduce the temperature and let it bake for 2-3 minutes. When one side is done, slowly shake the whole pan until the whole pancake starts to separate. When it is completely peeled off, the pancake is ready to turn and bake it on the other side for only half a minute. After baking, transfer to a plate and spread as desired.
