Tyrosine is an amino acid that is essential for the production of dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline. The level of tyrosine in the brain can affect the synthesis of certain signaling substances that affect mood. Tyrosine helps produce melanin, a pigment that affects skin and hair color. Helps regulate hormones, including the adrenal glands, thyroid and pituitary gland.
Because tyrosine can reduce stress (associated with the production of the stress hormones adrenaline and noradrenaline), this product is very useful for relieving fatigue symptoms that occur after intense training or for people who do stressful work. Tyrosine reduces fatigue, improves physical and mental performance, and concentration. It is also good to use it during low-calorie diets, because when taken before a meal, tyrosine can reduce appetite.
Usage: Use on an empty stomach before training or on a daily basis. Mix one scoop (2g) two with 200ml of water or juice twice a day.
